The Deanship of Graduate Studies and Research hosted the first “Research Talks” event on Friday 20/9/2019 in Al Multaqa, Beirut Campus. Faculty Members from the Faculty of Science, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry and the Faculty of Health Sciences attended the event. The Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Medicine, and Faculty of Dentistry were also present and participated in the workshop.
BAU Research Talks was a very successful event; the attendees shared ideas and talked about their research interests and they discussed the possibility of undergoing interdisciplinary research given the existing resources and equipment at BAU. The attendees talked about opportunities for collaboration over a pizza and soda lunch and set the foundation stones for future meetings and collaborations.
